01 — Market Rules

This platform is built on mutual respect. Treat it accordingly.

Purchases & Refunds

  • All sales marked non-refundable are final.
  • Refunds on eligible items are not accepted after 5 minutes of purchase.
  • Disputes must be opened within 5 minutes via the order page.
  • Checker results are the sole basis for refund eligibility.
  • There are no hidden fees on this platform.

Account Security

  • There is no password recovery. Lost credentials mean permanent account loss.
  • TOTP two-factor authentication is available and optional.
  • Multiple accounts per user are prohibited and may result in a ban.

Support & Communication

  • Abusive or threatening messages result in immediate ban.
  • Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities — report them via feedback. Bounty bonus for confirmed vulnerabilities.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Automated scraping, bots, or scripted access are strictly forbidden.
  • Any attempt to compromise platform integrity results in permanent ban.

02 — Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy as our top priority. This platform operates under a strict zero-log policy and enforces a strict no-JS architecture. Because of this, no browsing history, browser types, bookmarks, or other client-side metrics can or will be detected.

We are designed from the ground up to collect and retain the absolute minimum data required to operate.

Data We Do Not Collect

  • IP addresses or connection logs
  • Search queries or filter parameters
  • Transaction timestamps or metadata
  • Persistent session data beyond active sessions

Data We Do Collect

  • Username
  • Password hash (Argon2-encrypted)
  • Account balance and transaction records
  • XMPP address (optional)
  • Support ticket contents (encrypted at rest)

Session & Storage

  • All sessions are stored exclusively in RAM. No session data is written to disk.
  • Sessions are destroyed immediately upon logout or expiry.
  • The database is stored on an encrypted volume and is encrypted at rest.

Data Retention

  • Buyer accounts with zero deposits are automatically and permanently deleted after 60 days.
  • No backups are retained beyond operational necessity.
  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Third Parties & Legal

  • We do not share, sell, or disclose user data to any third party.
  • No external analytics, tracking scripts, or CDNs are used.
